Partsters began as a vision of a small group of industry colleagues working in different roles within the global electronics distribution and manufacturing industry in Europe and the United States – a CFO, a Materials Sourcing Executive and a top-performing Sales Manager. The industry of independent electronic components distribution was mostly unreliable, unorganized and inefficient with "call center-style" companies focused only on making the sale and ignoring the principles of service and listening to their customers. This was too often the subject of discussions, and this identified a clear market need for the industry, and a vision was born to create a dynamic company that gives customers the opportunity to change the industry by raising their expectations for service.

This shared vision became Partsters.

Now, Partsters has continued its rapid growth and recognition in the global sourcing of electronic and electromechanical components aiming to grow a wide customer base of loyal and satisfied customers. During our constant growth, we still maintain our founding principles that made us successful: customer service and quality.
