Quality Process & Protocol

We understand how important quality is to your supply chain, reputation and end-user satisfaction. Partsters takes a multi-resource approach to ensure our customers always receive the highest quality products.

The Parsters Priority™ Quality Management System is a documented internal protocol standardizing all processes related to the sales, sourcing, inspection and distribution of every product we ship for the purpose of quality control. During the quoting and sales process, your Account Manager will disclose whether the components are being sourced by certified distribution, authorized resellers or with open market sources.

All products sourced in the open market are first visually inspected according to IDEA-1010B standards using only approved calibrated equipment in ESD S20.20 compliant testing environments. Every open-market product is further inspected through decapsulation/die inspection and complete electrical functionality testing and pass/fail analysis protocols using only our audited approved TÜV Süd ISO 9001:2008 certified independent third-party testing facilities. Complete test reports including measured parameter values and high resolution photos are provided to customers for approval before we are authorized to ship your order. If the test report is found unacceptable to the customer, we return the components to the supplier of origin immediately. All inspections and testing are performed free of cost to all customers.
