Logistics Solutions

At Partsters, our logistics solutions are reliable, simple and flexible. Partsters buys, ships and receives goods to and from global locations from Berlin to Bangkok, so we can prevent potential challenges in the logistics process to achieve seamless on-time delivery.

Department Communications

All Partsters employees contribute to the logistics process. It begins with your Account Manager submitting your order into our integrated CRM/MRP/ERP system that immediately shares your order details to every department with built-in tools preventing nearly 100% of human error. This integration prevents any shipment delays when checked and dispatched by our shipping and receiving team. It also enables your Account Manager to report the detailed status of your order at anytime. With Partsters, you always know when your parts will arrive.

We currently support the following shipping carriers:

  • GLS (within Germany)
  • DPD (within Germany)
  • Hermes (within Germany)
  • Standard Post

If your carrier is not listed, then simply ask us! If possible, we will gladly make arrangements to support your customized process or local carrier service. It’s another example of our flexibility and commitment to meet your needs.
